We are currently seeking a professional, confident and experienced WORKWEAR ACCOUNT MANAGER / CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR to join our team.
As the successful candidate you will interact with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring customers needs are always met and wherever possible exceeded, encouraging the promotion of Company products at every opportunity and applying exemplary customer relationship skills to promote and embed our forward thinking and value adding services. You will be part of every step of the process, from a customer enquiry right through to delivery.
You will have second to none Account Management and Customer Service skills, experience of managing multiple accounts, jobs and deadlines, highly effective problem-solving skills and an infectious and motivating personality and drive.
Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of the Workwear and PPE industry, and thrive in this exciting and dynamic field. You will be used to working to multiple deadlines, in a busy and demanding environment, and have outstanding attention to detail.
This is a full-time permanent position, based at our site on Kingsway Park Close in Derby.
