D&D Corporation Ltd is currently recruiting for the position of Amazon/Ebay Sales Administrator within the SL2 5EN area. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, honest and hardworking person who is well organised and has excellent project management skills. This key role within the company requires the candidate to possess the ability to work autonomously delivering accurate and efficient operation of the E-retail business and subsequently achieving increased profits for the organisation.  As the role is focussed on Ecommerce, the successful candidate must have basic IT knowledge, marketing, organisation and analytical skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand Health and Beauty product portfolio.
  • Sort products by category and ability to pick up high sales and profit generators.
  • Analyse products, pricing and sales on E platforms such as Ebay and Amazon on line retailers
  • Check, segregate, record and maintain a stock levels.
  • Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely.
  • Prioritise key selling products and categorise them according to sales level.
  • Make parcels to be despatched from sales on Amazon, Royal Mail and parcel force.
  • Maintain the stock room neat and tidy at all times.
  • Meet weekly Key Performance indicators in relation to Accuracy, Sales and Despatches.
  • Listing products on E-bay and respond to messages from customers.

 

The successful Sales Administrator’s focus is to maximise sales on Ebay and Amazon therefore the key requirements are:

  • Have ability to attract customers by placing the right products at the right pricing to enhance sales and maximise profitability.
  • Honest, Hard Working and organised
  • An ability to work autonomously and manage an assistant.
  • The candidate should possess analytical skills using basic Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook in order to record the stock/ Inventory onto an Excel spread sheet and record the sales against the inventory and knowledge of stock on hand at all times
  • Systems Knowledge: Microsoft, Excel, Word, E bay ,Amazon.
  • Physically fit: The role requires some lifting and movement of stock therefore a reasonable level of fitness is required.
  • Articulation of Facts and Comparison: Ensure sales information in relation to products is factual and correct and prices are comparable ensuring a competitive edge.
  • Technical and Willing to Learn: The candidate should be willing to learn other features of the Internet business and implement the learning to expand business e.g Amazon.

  • Friendly and Assertive with diplomatic skills to write and communicate with customers on Ebay.

The hours of work are 08:45-17:30 however from time to time you will be expected to stay late to finish the task in hand. 

The salary is £19-21K per annum depending upon experience.
