Telesales Customer Relationship Executive

£16k -£20k per annum


We are looking to recruit a vibrant Telesales Customer Relationship Executive, who is self-motivated, a team player and flexible. In return we can offer a competitive salary, company profit-related bonus scheme, company pension (service related), company uniform and 34 days holiday.

The Bott international group has been established for over 80 years specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of Workshop and In-Vehicle Equipment, with production facilities here in the U.K, Germany and Hungary, and partner companies throughout the world.

The successful candidate will support our customer relationship team in growing profitable sales revenue through effective communication with prospective, new & existing customers.


Responsibilities include;

  • Proactively add value to the company sales team and be a valued member of it
  • Develop a very good understanding of company products and their appropriate applications
  • Grow profitable revenue through selling company products via telephone contact with prospective, new & existing customers
  • Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Develop & maintain an effective CRM system (Adito)
  • Support the customer relationship team through designing regular & ad-hoc effective reporting platforms
  • Identify sales opportunities that sit elsewhere in the business and make the right people aware
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required


Essential skills;

  • A minimum of 1 year’s sales experience
  • Good organisation and administrative skills
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate, Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Email
  • UK driving license


The hours of work are 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Thurs, 09:00 – 16:30 Fri. (37 hrs)
