The Tyre Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales and merchandising plan for department
- Managing department personnel, including observing performance and paperwork
- Reviewing department sales and productivity figures
- Coordinating proper maintenance and repairs for machinery, equipment and implements
- Implementing and upholding safety and security procedures. Following release procedures on tyre installations to authorise auto release
- Participating in sales, approves product refunds and register overrides.
- Providing and ensuring prompt and courteous member service.
The successful Tyre Manager will have the following skills/attributes:
- Tyre product knowledge
- Full clean driving licence
- Management experience is preferred
- Service oriented approach – experienced in ‘going the extra mile’
- Familiarity of working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
This is a full time management position working 45+ hours per week. The successful applicant will need to pass our Costco Tyre Certification.
