Customer Service Advisers, £17,076.80 + excellent benefits 

Permanent contract - 40 hours per week

We are seeking full time Customer Service Advisers to join our team.  You will be target driven with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in our new inbound Customer Service Centre. You will need to possess strong communication skills, be friendly, resilient and enjoy working in a vibrant team environment.

The role is to:

  • take calls from existing customers, place orders and deal with general enquiries
  • update the customer database
  • promote additional products and services
  • identify opportunities to sell magazine subscription packages. There is no ‘cold calling’

You will have:

  • excellent communication skills
  • the ability  to use a PC and have good keyboard skills
  • the confidence to speak to a variety of people
  • the desire to up-sell/cross-sell

All successful candidates will be required to complete a 4 week training period, which will be 37.5 hours. The working hours are 40 a week which are between 8:00am and 6:00pm, and one Saturday in three.
