*Female Experienced Brain Injury Rehabilitation Support Workers required to work with a young woman in Cradley Heath to provide a rehabilitation programme and community activities transitioning from a respite period in a hospital environment returning to her own home in September.
To provide support to help her to manage her home and domestic activities and support her to be involved in her hobbies and interests, outings and holidays.
Our client seeks someone who is bubbly with a good sense of humour and also flexible.
Working hours will be 5 days per week. 10.30am to 4.30pm but some flexibility may be required. Some evening and weekend work may also be occasionally required with some notice.
A bank Support Worker is also required for 2-1 care 10.30am to 4.30pm to support the transition period. Hours will be then reviewed. A bank Support Worker is also required for holiday cover and sickness.
Rates of pay £15.00 per hour weekdays and £17.00 per hour weekends.
Brain injury and mental health experience is required along with experience of working with challenging behaviour. NVQ level 2 or higher is required.
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure. Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
