An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager managing a growing provider of Insurance & vehicles for young drivers. In return we offer a competitive salary, and an opportunity to manage a fast moving growing part of our business.
The Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of people and processes of our various telematic and non-telematic Insurance products. You will be experienced with managing and monitoring process flows and systems to ensure a smooth journey for our customers.
The successful Team Manager will:
Ideally suited if you have previously worked in the motor insurance sector or general insurance.
Have team management experience –establishing and managing a team’s performance against set KPIs and sales targets.
Be motivational – you’ll have demonstrable experience coaching and developing customer service and administration staff.
Communication skills – you’ll be accurate and motivational, delivering regular communications to your team as well as being comfortable presenting information to Senior Management in a concise and coherent manner at internal meetings.
Have excellent interpersonal skills
High level organisational skills
Good time Management
Previous experience in managing and monitoring workflow processes
Staff development and conducting monthly reviews
Have a strong work ethic and is excited about working for an entrepreneurial, growing firm.
Demonstrate a track record of success, whilst delivering first class customer service.
