Avro Energy are currently looking for dynamic, proactive and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In return, we offer a competitive salary plus overtime and full training and support.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with our customers to deliver a service that we can be proud of.

The Customer Service Representative’s duties will involve:

  • Answering and resolving enquiries from new and existing customers over the phone or via email and ensure that a solution is found providing minimum impact on the customer
  • Resolving customer’s queries the first time they are raised, liaising with other departments and industry participants to ensure a swift resolution
  • Proactively reviewing customer accounts when they call, to identify and resolve any future problems before they arise. Recognise contact trends and give feedback to team leader
  • Ensuring the data and customer information help within our systems is accurate
  • Take ownership of complaints and follow procedures to ensure the complaint is resolved in a timely manner

The successful Customer Service Representative will have:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at C or above including Maths and English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good level of numeracy, accuracy and problem solving ability including the communication of problems to other members of the team
  • Good computer literacy with experience of computer systems coupled with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills, feeling comfortable and relaxed talking over the phone and face to face is key to the role
  • Analytical & logical approach
  • Ability to organise workload, multiple priorities and work on own initiative
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Flexibility with positivity

The starting salary is £20000, with a progressive pay scale of up to £22,500 per annum once in the role.

The hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday, 9am- 4.30pm Friday. Applicants may be required to work additional hours where required.
