Marketing, PR & Communications Manager
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

At Milford Care, we are looking for a Marketing, PR and communications superstar to take charge of the promotion of the company’s brand. We have an outstanding reputation, supported by winning Employer of the Year award at the Great British Care Awards, and are dedicated to delivering a high standard of training and investment in our staff members’ professional development. We run six residential and nursing homes across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, and all our homes are rated “Good” by the CQC, so you can rest assured that you will be promoting services that do the right thing.
Here’s who we are looking for:
As a passionate writer, you are able to convey information articulately and adjust your style to various situations and audiences. You can use persuasive words to make irresistible marketing materials and press releases.
As a people person, you can work with a variety of different people, ranging from our elderly residents to our fabulous staff at the homes, external partners and the press.
As a social media superstar, you can create engaging content and promote Milford Care’s brand through different platforms and work with the Care Home teams to showcase the best stories.
As a PR pro, you have a sound knowledge of the local media and skills to write and get stories published.
As an organised, driven and independent person, you are able to manage your own workload and deliver on the Marketing and PR strategy.
As an experienced PR and marketing professional, you bring significant experience in a similar role.
