Description:

We are looking to recruit a vibrant Order Entry Administrator, who is self-motivated, a team player and flexible. In return we can offer a competitive salary, company profit-related bonus scheme, company pension (service related), company uniform and 34 days holiday.

The Bott international group has been established for over 80 years specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of Workshop and In-Vehicle Equipment, with production facilities here in the U.K, Germany and Hungary, and partner companies throughout the world.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving and actioning incoming orders via e-mail, order portals and EDI; working closely with internal and field sales staff.
  • Identifying any discrepancies and resolving to the client’s satisfaction prior to processing their requirements.
  • Working to ERP deadline to ensure workload and demands are balanced for Manufacturing and Logistics Teams.
  • Raising Proforma invoices, manual debts and assisting with any sales related invoices queries.

The essential qualities of the Order Entry Administrator include:

  • Good organisation and administrative skills.
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate, Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Email.
  • High levels of accuracy with data entry.
  • Previous knowledge of ERP / CRM systems would be beneficial.

The hours of work are 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Thurs, 09:00 – 16:30 Fri. (37 hrs)
