Customer Service Representative
£17500 per annum
Avro Energy are currently looking for dynamic, proactive and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In return, we offer a competitive salary plus overtime and full training and support.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with our customers to deliver a service that we can be proud of.
The Customer Service Representative’s duties will involve:
Answering and resolving enquiries from new and existing customers over the phone or via email and ensure that a solution is found providing minimum impact on the customer
Resolving customer’s queries the first time they are raised, liaising with other departments and industry participants to ensure a swift resolution
Proactively reviewing customer accounts when they call, to identify and resolve any future problems before they arise. Recognise contact trends and give feedback to team leader
Ensuring the data and customer information help within our systems is accurate
Take ownership of complaints and follow procedures to ensure the complaint is resolved in a timely manner
The successful Customer Service Representative will have:
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at C or above including Maths and English
Strong attention to detail
Good level of numeracy, accuracy and problem solving ability including the communication of problems to other members of the team
Good computer literacy with experience of computer systems coupled with Microsoft Office
Excellent Communication Skills, feeling comfortable and relaxed talking over the phone and face to face is key to the role
Analytical & logical approach
Ability to organise workload, multiple priorities and work on own initiative
Good planning and organisational skills
Flexibility with positivity
The starting salary is £17,500, with a progressive pay scale of up to £22,500 per annum once in the role.
The hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday, 9am- 4.30pm Friday. Applicants may be required to work additional hours where required.
