The Laboratory Technician will work alongside both the Slaughterline operations and the Compliance Auditing Team. You will be required to collect samples from the Fresh Meat Area and carry out testing for Trichinella in line with site operational processes and procedures.
Testing requirements to include Salt, Brine and Trichinella Testing
Monday to Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating shifts (37.5 hours)
- Previous sampling experience
- Confident, with good communication skills
- Clear and accurate recording skills
