Contracts / Office Administrator
Dependent on experience
Site: Leicester (JCK Joinery)
Reports to: Contracts Director
Providing appropriate administrative support in a small team to enable the supply & fit function to operate efficiently and profitably delivering door programs within the Social Housing sector of the Construction Industry.
Provide any administration activity in support of the survey/supply & fit function within the company
Update all company information systems relevant to survey/supply & fit contracts in a timely manner
Work closely with the Contracts Director and Senior Contracts Administrator.
Preparation and Submission of quotations
Preparation and Submission of Invoices
Monitoring and recording installations
Post installation support
Subcontract installer payments
Liaison with Contract Managers
FENSA and BM Trada registration
Skills, abilities and characteristics
Capable IT user particularly in Excel
Previous accounts experience
Able to effectively and efficiently work to tight deadlines
Team player with cohesive approach

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08.45 to 17.00 and Friday 08.45 to 15.45 with 30 minute unpaid breaks.
