Reports to:                 Contracts Director

 

Job purpose:

 

Providing appropriate administrative support in a small team to enable the supply & fit function to operate efficiently and profitably delivering door programs within the Social Housing sector of the Construction Industry.

 

Principal accountabilities

 

  • Provide any administration activity in support of the survey/supply & fit function within the company 
  • Update all company information systems relevant to survey/supply & fit contracts in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Contracts Director and Senior Contracts Administrator.

 

Key activities

 

  • Preparation and Submission of quotations
  • Preparation and Submission of Invoices
  • Monitoring and recording installations
  • Post installation support
  • Subcontract installer payments
  • Liaison with Contract Managers
  • FENSA and BM Trada registration

 

Skills, abilities and characteristics

 

  • Capable IT user particularly in Excel
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Able to effectively and efficiently work to tight deadlines
  • Team player with cohesive approach

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08.45 to 17.00 and Friday 08.45 to 15.45 with 30 minute unpaid breaks.
