We require a Warehouse Contract Administrator to work at our busy Kettering site. We can offer a competitive salary, life assurance and enrolment in our cash back health care scheme.

Shifts available - Mon – Friday 06.00-15.00 /  09.00 – 18.00

The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Contract Administrator include:

  •  Customer Liaison
  •  Job entry
  •  KPI reporting and invoicing
  •  Communicating and scheduling picks on the shop floor
  •  Booking in and tracking of deliveries
  •  Preparation of goods in and delivery paperwork
  •  Stock control


The essential qualities of the Warehouse Contract Administrator include:

  • Experience of working in warehouse operations
  • An up to date knowledge of warehouse processes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Numerate
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong ITC skills including experience of working with warehouse management systems and transport management systems
