Customer Support Administrator

Compusoft® is one of Europe’s leading providers of Software Solutions for the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Industry. We are currently looking to recruit an extra Customer Supporter to join our rapidly expanding team.

The ideal candidate will be driven by customer service, self-motivated, conscientious about their work, enjoy working as part of a team and embracing a learning spirit. 

Essential skills

  • PC, Windows and MS Office knowledge
  • Proven clear professional communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Keen interest and skills in computer hardware, software, network installations, solving problem etc.
  • Having some industry knowledge of the kitchen business is an advantage.

Previous customer service experience would be advantageous.

The duties will include providing telephone and email based product and technical support and advice to our customers, as well as various administrative roles such as updating customer records within the department.

Compusoft is a service company and welcomes individuals who show a desire to learn and display the motivation to help improve the customer experience.

Full training on the Company’s in-house computer programs and systems will be given along with comprehensive customer service training. 

We offer a competitive salary of £16,000 with hours of work being 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
