Due to our continued growth and success we have a vacancy for a Client Relations Representative to work in our Business Development department. Reporting to the Client Relations Manager and based in both the office and on the road the Client Relations Representative will be instrumental in ensuring our existing clients receive a first class service.

The main responsibilities of the Client Relations Representative include:

  • Communicating key customers’ needs and expectations within the business.
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve any customer issues.
  • Produce key performance indicator reports and review with customers.
  • Conduct regular customer review meetings.
  • Assist with new customer implementation processes.

The essential qualities of the Client Relations Representative include:

  • Customer focused approach.
  • Proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT proficient, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Full clean driving license
