An excellent opportunity to join a busy outsourcing company, supporting our clients in varying business areas on a wide range of employment issues and projects. The role involves being responsible for supporting clients through telephone/email and site visits, providing advice to resolve employment legislation and compliance issues and drafting bespoke documents.
Successful candidate must to have experience at a senior level of dealing with managing change programmes, developing people strategies; a high attitude for technology; demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation and best practice across a broad range of initiatives.
-To provide client focused HR employment law telephone/email/face-to-face advice that is focused on meeting the client's specific needs and requirements.
-To ensure that advice is delivered in clear and practical terms, modified to each client to ensure that they fully understand what action needs to be taken to address their issues, avoiding the use of unnecessary references.
-To manage and support clients with change management projects, attending client senior management meetings, developing people strategies as required.
-To identify potential legal consequences or financial risks in relation to actions being contemplated by clients and ability to advice client, with confidence and authority, as to how to mitigate risks.
-To manage and conduct disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings, where appropriate.
-To manage redundancy and TUPE process for clients including the preparation of associated documentation.
