We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to fulfill the role of Client Executive within our Client Management department working on the Advantage system.
The purpose of the Client Executive role is to establish and develop relationships with their specific client/s, working with the senior members of staff. To take responsibility for the operational aspects of the account by understanding the client’s needs and maintaining effective communication both verbally & face to face. To act as the main contact for any queries on the account, including customer complaint escalations, providing updates and reporting. The Client Executive works collaboratively with business to identify solutions and implement or escalate issues to resolution.
You will be proactive and customer focussed with excellent administrative and analytical skills as well as the ability to work as part of a team, have an eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop.
