We are looking for a part-time caretaker to look after a small industrial estate in Rhyl
Main duties to include: Keeping common parts tidy with weeding, litter picking etc. Also, obtaining monthly electric readings from the individual units
The position is flexible at 2 hours a day (Monday to Friday)
The hourly rate of pay is £15 per hour on a self employed basis
Attractive bonuses paid on lettings
We are looking for someone who is reliable with good people skills
