Part Time Caretaker (Self Employed)

We are looking for a part time caretaker to look after the common areas of a small Industrial Estate in Penzance

The hours are flexible at 2 hours a day (Monday to Friday) 

The rate of pay is £15 an hour on a self-employed basis - excellent bonuses paid on lettings

Main duties to include weeding, grass and bush cutting, litter picking - All equipment provided

We are looking for a trust worthy individual with good people skills
