Honley / Holmfirth | £28,000 – £30,000 | Office-based | Full-time (37.5 hours)

Stanwell Technic is a well-established specialist engineering business that designs, manufactures, services and refurbishes beverage dispense equipment across beer, wine, cocktails and coffee. The company provides high-quality technical solutions to a loyal and growing customer base.

With marketing activity still at an early stage, this role presents a rare opportunity to help build brand presence almost from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership, a design agency, and a professional photographer to deliver meaningful impact.

The Role

As the Sales and Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role across two core areas of the business:

Sales Administration

  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting customer communication via phone and email
  • Preparing and sending invoices
  • Maintaining sales records and supporting internal systems

Marketing Support

  • Coordinating basic marketing activity, including LinkedIn posts
  • Liaising with external marketing and design agencies
  • Supporting brand awareness and digital presence
  • Helping structure and organise simple marketing plans and content

This is a broad, entry-level role with plenty of support, ideal for someone who enjoys learning, variety and taking ownership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience or exposure to digital marketing (professional, placement or hands-on experience)
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • An interest in marketing and a desire to develop long term
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment

No degree is required – we’re more interested in attitude, potential and motivation.

Hours & Location

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (early finish)
  • Office-based role in Honley / Holmfirth
  • Free on-site parking available

Salary & Benefits
