Breakfast Chef - Private House Hotel

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Chef to join the team at Foxhill Manor, our exclusive “private house” hotel and the Cotswolds’ only 5 AA Red Star property.

With just eight luxurious suites, Foxhill Manor offers an intimate, highly personalised guest experience where breakfast is a key part of the day. From beautifully cooked classics to thoughtful dietary requests, the breakfast service sets the tone for each guest’s stay. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts, takes pride in quality and consistency, and values working in a calm, well-organised kitchen.

You’ll be working as part of a supportive brigade, using excellent equipment and high-quality ingredients, in an environment where standards, teamwork and attention to detail truly matter.

💷 The details:

• £29,744 per year

• Plus share of gratuities (approximately £2000-2500 per year)

• 40 hours over 5 days (includes weekend working)

• Full-time, permanent contract

• Early morning shifts

• Meals on duty and uniform provided

• Live-in accommodation may be available (please enquire)
