Food & Beverage Assistant - Award Winning Hotel

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and passionate Waiting Staff to join our Food & Beverage team at The Fish Hotel — one of Farncombe Estate’s award-winning hotels, set within our beautiful hillside woodland above Broadway.

The Fish is all about relaxed, feel-good luxury… from cosy woodland dining to quirky luxury treehouses and shepherd’s huts. Guests come to switch off, enjoy great food and soak up the views — and our restaurant, with its 2 AA Rosettes, plays a big part in making that happen. As part of our Waiting Team, you’ll help deliver warm, attentive and memorable service every day.

🛎️ What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
• Delivering excellent food and drink service with confidence and care
• Sharing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations
• Ensuring tables and dining areas are clean, organised and inviting
• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams
• Handling payments accurately and professionally
• Supporting colleagues during busy services
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene

💰 The details:

• £12.60 per hour (rising to £12.80 after one year)
• 32 hours over 4 days (ROLE TO START IN MARCH 2026)
• Plus a share of service charge
• Meals on duty and uniform provided
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Weekend working required
