Job Title: Ofsted Children's Residential Homes Manager

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9–5

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

Location: Scunthorpe

We’re recruiting a Registered Manager for a small, well-supported children’s residential home in Scunthorpe (DN15), supporting 2 children/young people (EBD / LD).

What we’re looking for:

Registered Manager experience or strong Deputy Manager experience with readiness to register Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Confident with Ofsted inspections, safeguarding, and Children’s Homes Regulations
Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children
Strong leadership, compliance, and team-development skills
