We’re now looking for a Sales Controller to take the lead, drive performance, and help grow our talented sales team. If you're passionate about cars, thrive in a high-energy environment, and love helping people succeed, this could be the perfect move.
The Person

A proven background in used car sales – ideally in a high-volume or supermarket setting

Experience managing or leading a sales team

Hands-on leadership style – leads by example and gets stuck in

Organised, driven, and motivated by success

Professional, approachable, and confident with customers

FCA accredited (or willing to train)
The Duties

Leading and motivating the sales team to hit and exceed targets

Supporting team members through deals, value-added products, and closing techniques

Stepping in for site management when required

Maintaining compliance across financial documents and processes

Monitoring deal performance and identifying opportunities to grow revenue

Creating a positive, high-performance culture that keeps the team energised
