Job Title: Deputy Manager – (Children’s Home)
Location: Oldham
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour 
Hours: Full-time 

About the Role
We are looking for a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to oversee the launch and ongoing operation of our  Children’s Homes in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation from the beginning, shaping high-quality residential care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.

• Lead, motivate and supervise the staff team

• Support staff development through supervise training

• Assist with care planning, risk assessments and behaviour strategies.

• Take responsibility for the home in the absence of the Registered Manager. 

• Work in partnership with professionals and families

Qualifications & Experience  
Essential:

• Minimum Level 3 diploma in Residential childcare (or Equivalent)

• Working towards or willing to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management

• Significant experience in children's residential setting

• Full UK driving license (preferred)
