Job Title: Responsible Individual – Children’s Home

Location: Bexley

Salary: £36,000 per annum (Part Time) – Effective once Ofsted registration is granted
Hours: Part-Time (Flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends as required)
Start Date: Upon successful Ofsted registration of the home
Reports to: Director 

About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable, dedicated, and child-focused Responsible Individual (RI) to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our new Ofsted-registered Children’s Home in Maidstone. This is a unique opportunity to join at the beginning and help shape a high-quality residential service for children and young people.

The RI will play a central role in guiding the organisation through Ofsted registration, ensuring the home is safe, compliant, and well-led, and supporting the Registered Manager to deliver excellent care and outcomes.Safeguarding Statement:
