Industrial Estate Caretaker / Grounds Maintenance (Part-Time)

Location: Stourport
Hours: Flexible – approx. 5 hours per week
Pay: £14 per hour (self-employed)

We are seeking a reliable and conscientious individual to manage and maintain the common areas of a small industrial estate in Stourport.

Duties include:

• Sweeping communal areas

• Litter picking

• Weeding

• General tidying and upkeep of the estate

This role would suit someone who takes pride in keeping areas clean and well-presented. Hours are flexible and can be arranged to suit both parties.

Requirements:

• Self-employed status

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable and attention to detail
