Role:            Deputy Manager-Clinical Lead.       

Salary:          £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 clinical shifts per week on the floor
• Weekend and night availability
• Participate in on-call duties
• Lead and mentor nursing and care teams to maintain outstanding standards

Requirements:

• Current NMC registration
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
• Flexible approach to shifts and on-call responsibilities
