We’re now looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable female Personal Assistants to join our dynamic, friendly team. You will also be expected to travel to Boston Spa in Weatherby. 

This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make every day meaningful, full of connection, laughter, and real impact.

 What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals aged 16–48 in their homes and out in the community
• Provide person-centred care with dignity and respect
• Accompany people on days out—bowling, cinema, football, shopping, cafés, and more
• Help build independence and confidence through everyday activities
• Deliver 1:1 wraparound care (minimum 4-hour shifts, between 8am–8pm)
• Take part in sleep-in shifts and work alternative weekends

You’ll be supporting people to live their best lives—on their terms, with your care making it all possible.

 About You:

• You have a full UK driving licence and access to a car
• You're naturally caring, energetic, and dependable
• You’re confident working independently and part of a team
• You love being active and engaging with others
• Experience in care is helpful—but personality and passion are just as important
