Personal Care Assistant

Purpose of the job

Personal assistant required for a 77 year old lady in Moreton, Wirral. Client has vascular dementia. Probably described as middle stage. No personal care will be needed.













Hours and rate of Pay

£12.60 per hour



20 hours a week – times and days to be agreed on interview















Main Duties



Help waking and preparing clothes for day

Oversee taking of morning medication

Taking to daycare in morning

Bringing back from daycare

Returning later to oversee medication

Accompany and attend doctor/hospital appointments when necessary


Personal Assistant Specification



Driver essential with own car

My dbs check will be required

Assistant must be honest,trustworthy and reliable

My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring attitude

You must be able to work independently

My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
