Part Time Caretaker Required

We are looking for a part time site manager for a small Industrial Estate in Cumnock

The hours are flexible at 1 hour a day (Monday to Friday) on a self-employed basis

Main duties to include: weeding, litter picking and keeping common areas tidy (All equipment provided)

We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable individual with good people skills 

Rate of pay £15 per hour + very attractive bonus scheme based on lettings

We are looking for someone to start immediately
