We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist on an ongoing basis, for an initial period of two weeks. With extensive experience of working within a primary care setting, the post holder will provide expert support to our GP practices, as well as high quality patient care consultations.

We need a pharmacist 8am-4pm on the following days:

Monday 10th - Friday 14th November inclusive,

Monday 17th November

The Pharmacist will efficiently work as an expert advisor for medicines, repeat prescriptions, medicines optimisation and pharmaceutical care aspects of the multidisciplinary team workload.

Therefore, the successful candidate must:

Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Have successfully completed CPPE General practice pharmacist pathway
Be a Non-Medical Prescriber
Maintain professional and clinical competence through mechanisms of continuing professional development
Have extensive experience of working within a primary care setting
Be able to effectively manage workload and support our services with Pharmacy related tasks
