Part Time Caretaker Required

We are looking for a part-time caretaker to look after a small industrial estate in Shrewsbury

Main duties to include: grass cutting, weeding, maintaining a small toilet block, litter picking and tenant liaison

* All equipment provided

The hours are flexible at 2 hours a day (Monday to Friday)

The hourly rate of pay is £14 per hour on a self employed basis

Attractive bonuses paid on lettings

We would be looking for someone to start immediately
