Support Worker
We are seeking a kind, reliable and proactive support worker to support a 39 year old man.
General information.
Location: Rhos, Wrexham.
Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour
Hours: initially 5pm-9pm per day, three flexible days per week, also flexible hours available to cover sickness and annual leave.

About the role.
The gentleman enjoys chatting, watching films, he likes his quiet times, loves being social. He has a small dog.
Requirements.
- A full driving licence
- Access to your own roadworthy vehicle with business use insurance.
- A valid enhanced DBS check
- Patience, empathy and excellent communication skills.
Additional information.
- Annual leave entitlement 5.6 weeks per annum, pro rata, based on a 37.5 hour working week.
- Council provided training and learning opportunities available.
- Please note that you will be working directly for the Employer or the Employer who is supporting the Citizen to manage the Direct Payment. An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role, if you have a transferable DBS check please make this known on your application form.
Training will be tailored to the citizen’s needs. Please note the Employer will arrange this for you if the job is offered and accepted.
