Requirement:
* Must be experienced, skilled, and passionate about care.
* Must live in Cumbria and surrounding areas or be willing to relocate to this area.
* Must have at least 3 years experience in adult social care.
* Must have been trained to NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Adult Social Care Management
