What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out domestic reactive plumbing repairs
• Responding to scheduled appointments and emergency call-outs
• Using mobile technology to record and complete jobs efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest standard

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Solid domestic plumbing experience, in a reactive maintenance environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Pay & Benefits

Basic Salary

• Starting £29,952 per annum (based on 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
• Pay review after probation

On-Call Payments

• £20 weekday on-call retention
• £25 weekend on-call retention
• £20 per call-out before 9pm
• £30 per call-out after 9pm
• Travel paid at £14.40/hour after first 30 minutes

Bonuses & Commission

• 20% bonus on weekly revenue over £2,000 (e.g. £100 bonus if revenue is £2,500)
• DRD Commission:
• 2.5% for generating DRD job leads
• 5% for completing DRD job work
