Salary: £13.50 per hour

Rota: Part Time - 24 hours

Monday 9am-5pm

Thursday 9am-5pm

Friday 9am – 5pm

No weekends!!! Car Driver with Car Essential!

CJP Outreach Services have the privilege to work with some amazing individuals that live in the community who require support to access services and to be involved in the activities that they enjoy.

We are currently looking to recruit someone who would be able to support a gentleman in his early 40’s, both with his care at home and to be able to go out and access various places of interest. This would include looking for new groups and opportunities for him to be involved in as he loves to get out and about meeting friends - new and old.

He is always open to trying new things and he is passionate about machinery trains and buses. He loves nothing more than fun days out to local museums such as National Coal Mining Museum, the Railway Museum and tropical world in the warmer weather.

As part of this role, there will be a requirement of supporting with personal care, manual handling and with administering medication – including insulin and setting up of nutritional feeds through PEG. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced support worker with similar skill sets. you will also be required to communicate via Makaton therefore, experience with Makaton is essential.

The refer a friend scheme is worth £500 in total. This is split £250 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £250 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
