Baker Recruitment Group, are excited to partner with a valued Client based in Leeds. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Land Buying Administration Assistant.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the BIG MAP system being utilised accurately, maximum value output, log sites & update commercial data.
- Manage incoming enquiries, liaise with relevant Land Director.
- Support analysis on competitor's, provide accurate reports to Senior Stakeholders including Board of Directors.
- Flexibility to support research & marketing where required.
- Accurate entry on data base of land agents, new evolving & identify new methods to attract new land disposal contacts to the business.
- Flexibility to support land team, with targeted letters for off market land buying opportunities.

- Methodical process completion & prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail & meticulous approach to accurate management information availability to the wider team.
- Strong organisational skills & ability to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in similar role or environment
- Proficient in Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Higher education desirable
