About the Service User:
I’m a funny and kind 35-year-old man with a brain injury and epilepsy. I need support and encouragement to live my life to the fullest and socialise safely. I am independent in all my care needs.
Hours and Rate of Pay
24-38 hours per week
£13.50ph Days/Evenings
£17.50ph Weekends/Nights
Sleepovers + weekends per month
2-3 PM shifts weekdays and holiday cover
Responsibilities:
Safely socialise
Motivate everyday tasks
Person Specification:
I would like someone close to my age group to build a good relationship with who:
Has empathy and understanding of an invisible disability
Is fun and outgoing
Is able to risk assess
Has commonsense and compassion
Is trustworthy and reliable
Has a full driving license (car is supplied)
An enhanced DBS check will be required. All relevant training will be provided.
