Rate of pay - £13.50 ph

Sleep in rate - £80

Working Hours: Full time hours – 36 hr

Car Driver with Car is essential for this role !

This position will require flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure comprehensive care coverage.

We are seeking an empathetic and dedicated Support Worker to provide personalized care and assistance to a 30-year-old loving, caring young gentleman man with a learning disability, neurological migration disorder, left-sided hemiplegia, epilepsy, challenging behaviour, and who is registered blind.

The successful Support Worker will play a crucial role in improving the individual's quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being.

The successful Support Worker will play a vital role in offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support, while facilitating community engagement, fostering independence, and an understanding around epilepsy and Grand mal / Tonic - Clonic seizures alongside some behaviours that can challenge “post-ictal aggression “ .

This fulfilling position involves supporting the individual in pursuing his interests, particularly in matchbox cars, the arcades and bowling.  relax he loves nothing better than a hot tub and a carpool karaoke on the drive to his holiday home.
