Job Title: Therapeutic Care Woker

Our rates of pay
£26,500 - £27,500 Entry level Care Worker
£29,500 - £30,500 for qualified Residential Care Workers with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or extensive experience in social /clinical care and relevant alternative qualifications.
£28,000 unqualified - £29,500 qualified Waking Nights (4 on 4 off, 35 hours pw)
£36,000 Senior TCWs (L3 C&YP essential, previous experience in a Senior Support role)

About us:
We provide residential therapeutic services to teenagers and young adults with a variety of social, psychological, behavioural and mental health challenges. They live with us in our specialist residential homes in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. All our homes are in peaceful, rural locations.
We also provide access to SEN education and work with therapeutic and clinical support teams. Our young people have had traumatic backgrounds, and we work towards developing and supporting them towards positive outcomes, to live happy and fulfilled lives.

Our essential requirements

You must hold a full manual UK driving licence as you will be expected to transport the children in company cars
Age exemption due to regulatory requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older due to the nature of our service
- You must successfully apply for an enhanced DBS certificate, and register with the update service, which the company will fund
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- You must be available to work to the house shift patterns which will include some unsociable hours over a rolling 7 day 39 hour week
- You must be able to provide acceptable references
