As this role is community based, you will require a full valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle with business insurance. 

Your Responsibilities as a Community Care Worker:

• Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence
• Supporting clients with medication management and administration and monitor health conditions
• Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable safe living environment.
• Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
• Full driving licence and car required for this role.
• Communicate effectively with clients’ families, and healthcare providers
