Your Role:

As a Property Manager,  your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property maintenance tasks and coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Handling utility changeovers, general office calls, and email enquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with viewings for sales and lettings.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with various letting-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills and experience working in an estate agency.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in property management, property administration or a similar role is essential
  • IT literacy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: Narborough, Leicestershire (office-based).
