Recruitment Resourcer

Baker Group are recruiting for an internal Resourcer due to our expanding Industrial client base. 

The ideal candidate will be IT Literate, have an interest in Recruitment and be self-motivated. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Sourcing and identifying appropriate candidates
• Arranging interviews/inductions
• Collating and uploading compliance documents
• Using our internal CRM
• Speaking with candidates
• Posting adverts to job boards and social media and tracking applications
• Candidate screening and onboarding process
• Supporting Account Managers with their day-to-day duties

Working Hours:

This role is office-based, working 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday in our Leeds Branch. The ideal candidate should have some flexibility with working hours - as and when required in busy periods.
