Location: Burton on Trent
Time: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: £85 - £100 per day
Key Responsibilities
- Modelling positive behaviour management strategies and restorative approaches
- Knowledge of inclusive practice to include SEND pupils
- Establish positive relationships with colleagues, parents and students
- Able to manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils are on task with the work set
- Supervising classes and maintaining an engaging, constructive environment
- Overseeing work that has been set by teachers
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience leading a class within a UK educational setting
- A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children
- Experience working with SEND pupils is ideal
