Are you a skilled and compassionate individual with Team Teach training? U-Educate is seeking a Team Teach Teaching Assistant to support students in our Portsmouth schools.

Role Responsibilities:
• Supporting students with special educational needs and challenging behaviour
• Implementing positive behaviour strategies using Team Teach techniques
• Working closely with teachers and staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment

What we’re looking for:
• Team Teach certification
• Experience supporting young people in a school or similar setting
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• A passion for helping every child succeed
