What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Growth & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a strategy for branch growth and sustainability.
- Establish procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations while identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and laws.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Monitor KPIs and optimise processes to improve performance.
- Drive system upgrades and implement new technologies to boost efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development of staff.
Client & Candidate Experience:
- Deliver exceptional recruitment services to clients and candidates.
- Maintain high standards of candidate care throughout the process.
- Respond to challenges quickly and professionally while ensuring GDPR compliance.
Financial Accountability:
- Take full responsibility for branch P&L.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Technology & Systems Optimisation:
- Leverage the latest recruitment technologies and tools.
- Support system implementations and resolve operational issues.
What You Bring to the Role
- Proven Leadership: Experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Consultant in recruitment.
- Operational Expertise: Skilled in process improvement and change management.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decisions.
- People-Centric Approach: Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Compliance-Focused: In-depth knowledge of recruitment regulations and employment laws.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, recruitment software, and MS Office.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within recruitment.
