What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Growth & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for branch growth and sustainability.
  • Establish procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and laws.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimise processes to improve performance.
  • Drive system upgrades and implement new technologies to boost efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and development of staff.

Client & Candidate Experience:

  • Deliver exceptional recruitment services to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain high standards of candidate care throughout the process.
  • Respond to challenges quickly and professionally while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Financial Accountability:

  • Take full responsibility for branch P&L.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Technology & Systems Optimisation:

  • Leverage the latest recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Support system implementations and resolve operational issues.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Proven Leadership: Experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Consultant in recruitment.
  • Operational Expertise: Skilled in process improvement and change management.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • People-Centric Approach: Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Compliance-Focused: In-depth knowledge of recruitment regulations and employment laws.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, recruitment software, and MS Office.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within recruitment.
  • Strong operational growth experience with a history of success.
  • Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
