Support Worker in CB4

£14.85 per hour

S is 29 years old, he is Autistic and has Hypermobility & POTS both of which affect his mobility, he has little use of his right arm following chronic injury.

S enjoys listening to and playing music, he plays the clarinet & recorder he also likes to spend time crafting especially crochet.



2 hours per week @ £14.85 per hour.

Enhanced DBS clearance is required




Supporting S to access the shower twice a week he prefers to shower independently but some support is needed for hard to reach areas and getting properly dry.

Enabling S to batch cook, he likes to cook from scratch but needs support with things like chopping.




Experience of supporting others is not essential for this role.

It is essential that you have an understanding of Autism or be willing to learn and that you promote gender inclusivity.

Someone who is motivated to build trust and understanding in the role.

Someone who has the skills to promote independence who is reliable, committed and trustworthy.
