Behaviour Support Assistant

U-Educate is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join one of our schools in  Gosport.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviour in an educational setting.

Duties:

• Provide one-to-one support to students.
• Support students in developing social and emotional skills.
• Monitor and record students' progress, providing regular feedback to the SENCO and teaching staff.
• Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Possibly supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and outings

The successful applicant will enjoy working with 11-16-year-olds. You must be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner, and be able to work as part of a team. 

Prior experience working with students with challenging behaviour, preferably in an educational or support setting is desired, but not essential.
